Was it ethical for your "New Day Observer," Mr. Hernando Abaya, to reprint the article he wrote for you, "The Press Must Clean House" (ND, Apr. 26-27) in his column in "The Manila Times" a few days afterwards?

True, he acknowledged that the item was first published in your magazine, but does a mere acknowledgment allow Abaya to use an article which he had written presumably for your exclusive use?

If Abaya had been paid for the article, shouldn’t he at least return the money?
