I am disappointed with your reprinting of Philip Jackson’s artcle characterizing the First Lady as an unguided missle (We Forum, Feb. 18 & 19). If guidance for voters is the objective, you should have made a fair and balanced appraisal of the decisions Mr. Marcos has made as Minister of Human Settlements or as Governor of Metro Manila.

Mr. Jackson makes no such appraisal. He merely strings together a number of gossip items which justify the label, "unguided missle."
