Our government has required us to entrust our young people to the training programs conducted by either Mr. Villalon or Colonel Ocampo, two men who have shown no ability to settle their disagreements peacefully, as civilized men are expected to do.

By engaging in physical violence to the point of drawing firearms on each other, these two men have shown themselves to be totally unfit to act as models for our young people.
