No one who believes in press freedom would suggest that Dean Froilan Bacungan be barred from writing about the Constitution (MALAYA, Mar. 14.) Still, he would be well advised to give up writing as a sheer waste of time.
The way he discharged his responsibilities in the Commission on Elections
has lowered his credibility to such a nadir that anything he writes about
the law will be ignored with sneers and laughter.
