I am happy that the Bagong Alyasang Makabayan boycotted the elections because it means that President Aquino has no political debts to pay to BAYAN’s more rabid members.

I am even happier that BAYAN leaders such as Leandro Alejandro are obdurately maintaining that their decision to boycott was correct. This means that the many people who left BAYAN in order to campaign won’t be back.

I am most happy that Alejandro and his cohorts want to remain leaders of BAYAN. With such discredited leaders, BAYAN will remain as irrelevant as it was in the elections.
