Mr. Ricardo Cruz has called on Col. Irwin Ver and all the other Ver’s in the government and the military to resign "to show their sincerity" (Letters, June 14). I must disagree. Such a drastic step would deprieve us of the talent and potential of the Ver brothers, on whose professional developement so much public money has been spent. I will be satisifed if the Ver brothers are transferred from their swivel chairs in Manila to combat command in Davao, Negros, or the Cordilleras.
