I am so scandalized by the reports of Minister Jose Conrado Benitez’s financial shenanigans that if I were the executive director of the sperm bank he has established, I would condemn his "deposit" as "unfit for propagation" and flush it down one of the structures in the village he constructed in Carmona, Cavite

Ed: Carmona, Cavite was the site where Benitez constructed a village wherein the houses were merely the basic structure with a toilet (on the presumption that the end-users would build around it), and prompted the place to be nicknamed "Coveta Village", where kubeta means toilet in the vernacular.
