When administration propagandists attack Mrs. Corazon Aquino for her proposal to abolish the Ministry of Human Settlements (Beware of dirty tricks, Jan. 16), they do not realize that by doing so, they are presenting very many people with one of the most convincing arguments for voting for Mrs. Aquino.
